It takes a lot of time and effort to plan a wedding, and it is often the bride who puts in more participation in the process. However, if the bride thinks that she needs additional help, then it is best to hire a wedding coordinator. A wedding coordinator’s job is to make sure that every aspect of the wedding is handled with little to no error.

In any wedding ceremony, there should be at least one or two primary theme colors, which is decided upon by the groom and the bride. They can conceptualize their wedding according to their specified color theme, or maybe choose a theme that best describes their relationship. From here the wedding coordinator can base the color choices for the cake, the bridesmaid dresses and the flowers that will be used.

The color theme is usually followed throughout the ceremony, from small details such as invitations, to a much bigger scale, like the color used on the tablecloth on the buffet table during the reception. One popular wedding theme color is purple, and most wedding coordinators find this color to be appealing especially during the cold months. Since the color purple signifies togetherness and dignity, most weddings are now basing their theme on this color.

Wedding coordinators not only make sure that the wedding goes smoothly as planned, but they also make everyone agree and wear the theme color. Most weddings are done indoors, but people are now becoming comfortable with garden weddings as well. Either way, the best attire for any wedding ceremony would be a formal cocktail dress for the ladies and a suit for the men. The wedding coordinator may assign the groomsmen to wear a purple tie for a purple themed ceremony in order to have a harmonious flow of the theme color.

In any case, a purple themed wedding may call for a purple tie or a purple dress. Wedding guests must be aware of the theme color since most wedding coordinators use the theme color in the wedding invitations.

Finding the right purple tie for such an occasion can be quite challenging, so the groomsmen better know what designs are appropriate for the event. Likewise, the ladies should know the right style of dress to wear. These are just minor concerns, however, because once the theme color is determined it’s easier to plan the other wedding details.
